Needed a lot of work restoration wise. Sourced from vinyl with loads of cracks/pops/noise. Took some doing to repair it, but worth the effort. I have re-tracked the files & edited it a fair amount. Remastered quite well, given the age the recording. If you like the band then this is worth getting for your collection. My basic artwork included. "What's My Name?", Dream Remastered January 2022. Do NOT sell this recording. Freely given to you, so don't charge others. Support the artist anyway you can. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Notes: The White Riot Tour. Good quality stereo BBC radio recording. "It's Saturday night you've just got paid, Monday's coming don't be afraid!" "Let's kiss.....with the latest Clash love song" Broadcast by the BBC on Radio 1. The BBC had no FM stereo frequency in 1977 so this is probably from the master source. It’s a professional quality recording with limited stereo separation. The sound is very clear with excellent range and clarity and no distortion. Any roughness is more likely due to poor Clash gear than BBC equipment. This recording provides the best live versions of 1st album songs such as Cheat, 48 Hours, Protex Blue, Deny and Remote Control. Flac files. Enjoy!
